Workshop dedicated to improving the management of employee age structures was held at the premises of the Development Association NERDA and organized within the IntegrAGE project.

This workshop was attended by employers, HR managers, and business development experts, aiming to enhance their capacities, employee engagement, and the overall success of their companies.

Workshop participants had the opportunity to become acquainted with practical tools, applications, and resources developed within the project. These resources are designed to help employers gain a better understanding of the importance of managing diverse employee age structures, encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration among staff, and potentially improve recruitment processes.

One of the modules of the IntegrAGE educational program, specifically developed for employers, was also presented during the workshop. This module offers interactive content on building a comprehensive strategy for managing employee age structures.
