The NERDA Association for Development and the Ministry of Economy of Tuzla Canton are partners in the project "Encouraging (re)integration of young people from rural communities into the labor market or education processes by increasing their resilience and virtual mobility - Back on Track", which is funded by the Interreg Danube Transnational Program and co-financed by European Union funds (ERDF, IPA, ENI). The project consortium consists of 14 organizations and institutions from 10 countries in the Danube region. The project aims to improve the integration of young people from rural communities into social flows, education and training processes, and facilitate their access to the labor market. Through customized solutions for "distance education" and mentoring programs, the project encourages their inclusion in activities carried out in the digital environment, strengthens their resilience, and provides them with support in improving their intellectual capacities and potential.
