On February 26-27, 2025, partners of the Back on Track project gathered in Tuzla for a pivotal meeting, marking the successful completion of the first year of project implementation.
The two-day event, hosted by Development Association NERDA, Project partner from Bosnia and Herzegovina, brought together partner organizations from 10 participating countries of the Danube region. The agenda focused on reviewing project progress, discussing challenges, and strategizing future activities. Sessions covered the most important aspects of Project implementation, including project management, financial monitoring, communication strategies and quality assurance.
Partners reflected on achievements, assessed ongoing activities, and refined strategies to enhance project impact. Beyond the formal sessions, the event provided a valuable platform for networking and knowledge exchange, reinforcing the collaborative spirit of the project.
With the first year successfully concluded, the Back on Track project continues to advance its mission of empowering rural NEETs across the Danube region. The next phases will focus on scaling pilot programs, enhancing policy-driven initiatives and ensuring long-term sustainability.
Co-funded by the European Union, this initiative aims to foster the reintegration of NEETs (young people not in education, employment, or training) in rural areas through skill development, resilience-building and virtual mobility opportunities.
