On June 20, 2024, the Final Conference of the "Education4all - Advancing opportunities for inclusive education in elementary schools in Tuzla Canton" project was held at the International Portrait Gallery. The project is funded by the US Embassy through the Small Grants Program and is implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Science of Tuzla Canton, the Public Institution Center for Education and Training of Persons with Mental and Physical Disabilities Tuzla, and the Early Intervention Center "Mali svijet" from Bistarac.

The general objective of the project is to contribute to the improvement of conditions in educational institutions for children with developmental disabilities with a focus on strengthening the capacities of teaching assistants, teaching staff, special education teachers, and pedagogues, as well as raising awareness of the importance of inclusive processes in mainstream education.

At the conference, the achieved results of the project were presented, and the first brochure with guidelines and recommendations for the work of teaching assistants in Tuzla Canton was promoted. The conference was attended by 50 participants - teaching assistants, representatives of educational institutions, organizations that provide support to children with developmental disabilities, and representatives of the Pedagogical Institute of Tuzla Canton.

The project lasts 12 months, and this was also the last activity within the project.
