From September 23 to 25, 2025, a training session titled "Digital Post as a Form of Marketing in the Tourism Sector" was held at the "Salis" Hotel in Tuzla, as part of the Pan-Adriatic Connection II (PA.CON II) project.
The event gathered representatives from key tourism organizations, the service sector, as well as members of associations and groups involved in promoting tourism potential within the cross-border PA.CON II project.
The training was led by an experienced expert in the field of digital marketing. Through practical work, participants had the opportunity to master skills related to:
-
Using social networks for tourism promotion,
-
Creating and optimizing profiles and pages,
-
Writing effective and targeted texts (copywriting),
-
Using hashtags, emojis, and choosing the right time for publishing,
-
Designing visuals, including examples of good and bad practices,
-
Using digital tools for creating content and visuals (LIVE workshop).
The training enabled participants to develop concrete digital strategies for promoting their services, and it also served as a platform for networking and exchanging experiences among stakeholders from different parts of the cross-border region.
This activity represents an important segment of the PA.CON II project, which is jointly implemented by the Municipality of Nijemci (Croatia) – the lead partner, the Association for Economic Development NERDA and the City of Tuzla (Bosnia and Herzegovina), the Center for Protection and Study of Birds and the Public Enterprise National Parks of Montenegro (Montenegro).
The project is co-financed by the Interreg VI-A IPA CBC Croatia – Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro 2021–2027 Programme, with funds from the ERDF and IPA III European Union funds.
The project lasts 27 months, starting on September 1, 2024. Its goal is to develop sustainable tourism activities and strengthen socio-economic conditions in the three target localities: the Municipality of Nijemci (HR), the City of Tuzla (BiH), and the Lovćen National Park (CG).
The training in Tuzla further strengthened cooperation among the partners and laid the foundation for a modern approach to promoting the joint tourism offer in this cross-border area.
