Development Association NERDA announces a call for the engagement of mentors within the project "Promoting (re)integration of young people from rural communities into the labor market or education processes by increasing their resilience and virtual mobility – Back on Track". This project is financed by the Interreg Danube Region Programme and aims to provide support to young people from rural communities who are currently unemployed and not involved in education or training programs (NEET category).

The role of mentors in this program is crucial. They will provide individual support to young people through direct meetings or virtual sessions, assisting them in planning activities, providing emotional support, and monitoring their progress towards achieving personal and professional goals. This engagement presents an opportunity for experienced professionals to contribute to positive changes in the lives of young people and enhance their mentoring skills through continuous education provided by the project.

We invite all interested candidates who have at least 2 years of experience working with young people, possess basic knowledge of English and computer skills, and have experience in using online platforms to apply.
