At today's session, the Government gave its consent to the text of the Memorandum of Understanding regarding the establishment of cooperation and the work of the multisectoral initiative Green Transformation Tuzla. It brings together actors and institutions from public administration and institutions, from the civil/non-governmental sector as well as the business and business sector, and from the academic community, who are ready to start various forms of dialogue and cooperation on issues of green transformation. It is important to emphasize that the ultimate goal of the green transformation of this region is not only directed towards policies and practices that will address climate change and environmental pollution, but also a development shift that should encourage socio-economic recovery of this region and establish Tuzla as a leader and inspiration. cities and regions in BiH and the Western Balkans towards sustainable development, social justice and care.
